If you have an Ungoogled Chromium and you cannot add an extension from Google Web Store, there is a solution to it.

At the first, go to the chrome://flags/#extension-mime-request-handling. Set its value to Always prompt for install. As its description says, this setting sets up a handling of a request for a CRX files (extension files).

The next is to go to the https://github.com/NeverDecaf/chromium-web-store. This repo contains an extension to provide the ability to install extensions from the Web Store and some control over them. Let's download and install it by https://github.com/NeverDecaf/chromium-web-store/releases: select the last version and click on a CRX file.

Now, go to the Web Store and try to install an extension.
